European Travel Services is a London based hotel reservation agency and we offer more than 100 hotels and apartments throughout Great Britain ranging from 5 star deluxe to budget hotels.
Each and every hotel which we offer is committed to providing quality, value and comfort and friendly service often at discount prices on the standard hotel rack rates. For full details see our Terms of Service, you are welcome to contact us for assistance during the office opening hours of 09.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays (except UK Bank Holidays) and 10.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. on Saturdays. All bookings received during these times will generally be confirmed to you within 1 - 2 hours of receipt during these office hours, although please allow for the time difference between the UK and your country.
Established in 1987, we use our extensive industry contacts and purchasing ability in order to be able to offer you competitive prices. The price you pay is the price you see and all taxes and service charges are included (as is breakfast generally). There are no hidden extras such as post surcharges or booking fees.
You can check prices and availability at your leisure and reserve your hotel securely with a click of your mouse. Upon booking, you will receive a voucher by email (or fax if you cannot receive emails) to present to your hotel upon check in. Thereafter the only extras to be paid directly are those incurred during your stay in the hotel ie. bar, telephone charges
Internet Security: We take seriously the issue of Internet Security and utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology where appropriate. All bookings are made via our secure server using the booking form provided, and a voucher is returned to you with our unique booking reference.
